These information cards were included with the 'glazed porcelain-like' scale models of prehistoric animal issued by Abbeon, a company dealing in humidifiers and anti-humidity equipment.  In 1955, these models could be purchased individually for $2.00 or in groups of three for $5.00.   Advertising cards for these figurines were also issued (see Advertising Items section below). I believe (and this is only a guess), that different postcards were sent out to potential buyers depicting, two, three or four of the porcelain-like figurines at a time, perhaps as they became available from the factory. If this is the case, then there should be five or six different advertising cards. These ad cards were issued in a couple of styles; a standard postcard format and an informational card, perhaps serving as a countertop point-of-sale handout.
