These stickers could be obtained through a mail-in offer from a Singapore company advertised in the back cover of the DinoCardz card album and apparently by over the counter sticker pack purchases (see image).  Based on the packaging of the DinoCardz collector cards and information contained in the collectors album, this set was intended to be the first series with a second series to follow which apparently never come to fruition.  The evidence supporting this is the use of 'Series 1' on the card packaging and album.
