These blue bordered hang tags were attached to Bullyland 'People & Animals of the Prehistoric Times' plastic prehistoric animals figurines.  Each hang tag contains information in three languages about the animal to which the tag was attached.  At least some of these figurines were produced for distribution by museums as the fronts of the hang tags often contain museum logos and identification.
