These foil stickers (and presumably the colorful background cards) were inserted into packages of Petit-Exquis biscuits (cookies).  Based on quality issues (e.g., foil stickers crooked and/or upside down), it would seem as if recipients of these sticker cards were able to place the foil stickers onto the background cards themselves.  I do not know if the "Pteranodon warrior" background card was available for all of the stickers or not.  An electronic translation of the reverse of the cards, seems to indicate that "another" five prehistoric holograms were available, so it is unclear to me exactly how many of these were issued.
