These brown bordered hang tags were attached to Bullyland 'The World of Dinosaurs' Museum Line of plastic prehistoric animals figurines.  Each hang tag contains information in three languages about the animal to which the tag was attached.  Apparently, these figurines were produced mainly for distribution by museums (hence the name) as the fronts of the hang tags often contain museum logos and identification.
