These cards were inserted in 'Anatomics Dinosaurs Master Kit' toy building boxes.  The cards 'flicker' between illustrations of 'dinosaurs' and the completed construction toy equivalent.  These are probably the thickest and heaviest non-metal cards I've come across.

Note: the backs of the cards indicate that they are part of a "Series 1".  To date (a/o September 2024), I have not seen a follow-up dinosaur series but there are kits featuring other creatures such as insects (e.g., dragonfly, scorpion, mosquito) which include cards so perhaps those are a different 'series'.
