These are line sketch cards of the various Ancient Menace Characters.  This set contains half of the cards in the Inaugural Edition card set and includes a character, 'Suds' which does not seem to be in the Inaugural Edition set.   The prehistoric animals on these cards are mostly inconsequential.
 
Autographed parallel cards were also available.
