These 'Fact File' cutout cards were printed on the backs of Cheerios cereal boxes in the later half of 1994.  The cards provided information about four 3D glow-in-the-dark foldout models (Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Dimetrodon), one of which was randomly inserted into each cereal box. The 3D glow-in-the-dark foldout models are listed separately in this site (Set #1111).
