These items were part of a proposed cutout booklet apparently pitched to Sinclair Oil by American Advertising and Research Corporation in 1935.  From what I can tell, this booklet was never issued. The working title of the booklet was, "Sinclair Presents The Prehistoric Village and Animals".  The prototype included cutouts of a kid's consume mask and ax, several cave people, a 'Nodding Head" dinosaur (Brontosaurus) and mastodon, a Triceratops, and a mountain goat (go figure; perhaps a ancestral species?).
 
This material is included in The Dinosaur Fan as part of the ongoing coverage of pop-up and cut-out type collectibles.
