These dinosaur playing cards come complete with 52 playing cards, a 'Dino Old Maid' rules card, and a Dinosaur Facts card.  It's a little odd that only the face cards and jokers have the animal's name and pronunciation printed on them.  The rest of the cards just have a picture.
 
From what I can tell, this pack of cards was sold individually and in a combo pack with a Go Fish Game card deck.  A package 'header' sheet was attached that had several stickers (see image below).

S = Spades, H = Hearts, C = Clubs, and D = Diamonds
