These cards feature photos/images of various tourist attractions around Japan along with information about the sites’ history, highlights, and nearby points of interest on the back of the cards.  The cards are color-coded by region (e.g., purple for Hokkaidō, light blue for Kantō) and have pictograms (lower left corner of card) that show the attraction category (e.g., towers, castles, mountains).  
 
These cards were originally planed for distribution in the Spring of 2020 but were delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.  The first card was available on June 27, 2020 and featured the Kanda Myōjin shrine where the cards were handed out.  General distribution of a limited number of other cards began on July 3, 2020.  
 
These cards are similar in concept to the 2016-2022 Gesui Koho Purattohomu Japanese Manhole Cover Cards (also listed in this site) which feature photos of painted manhole covers throughout the country of Japan.  However, while the manhole cards were handed out to anyone who went where the manholes are installed, the LOGet cards generally require some sort of 'participation' to obtain them such as taking a tour, entering an attraction or even taking a dip in an open-air hot springs.  Many of these attractions require reservations and/or entry fees.
 
As of October 2024, there were at least 134 different cards available.
