These pop-out cards were attached to specially marked boxes of Jell-o brand pudding distributed in Canada.  The characters are from the 1994 Universal Pictures film, "The Flintstones". Below is an unconfirmed checklist.  To date (September 2024), I do not know if more than one character is shown on each card.
 
Interestingly, the back of the Dino/Bamm-Bamm card (shown below) has instructions for creating a 'Dino Mobile' featuring a cut-out Archelon (prehistoric turtle).  The picture indicates that there may have been an actual punchout for this animal, perhaps on the Jell-o box itself?
