These cards were wrapped in loaves of 'Krug's Toastmaster Bread' and were coated with dry paint particles.  One would paint with water to activate the color and therefore 'paint without paint' as the directions suggested.  The cards also indicated that, if one were to paint 40 of the 50 cards, they could exchange the cards for a free decorated, eight inch birthday cake.
