These stickers represent the 11th Series of the long-lived and the highly controversial "Garbage Pail Kids" sticker collection issued by Topps off and on since 1985.  There were two print runs of the 11th series stickers which are identical for the most part except for the wrappers which differ in that the first print run wrapper has the "25cent" logo which is missing from the second print run wrapper (see image above).
